It means that we have prepared the whole foundation for you, all you have to do is add your personal touch, your style and your appointments of course. It's like a guide to help you get organized.

The priority lists in the weekly planner have line spacing thought to accommodate our pico stickers, but can
be used without the picos, with the check boxes already in place.
-The circles in the monthly calendar boxes can also accommodate our picos, but can be used to write the date inside, or to check off when the day is over.
-In the yearly overview the monthly calendar grids are ready to use.
-In the weekly calendar there are 2 visual cues to announce the month in question; the line where you write the month in letters, and the numbers that you circle as a numerical reference. (Ex: March - 03)
It's like receiving a good food box. You get the ingredients and the recipe. You don't have to look for the food or invent a recipe.

There are 2 transparent sheets in
the agenda, one in front of the annual planning box and one in front of the agenda section box.
Here is what you can do with these transparent sheets:
1. leave it blank
2. draw a picture
3) Write a sentence that inspires you (felt-tip pens work great, allow 2-3 seconds to dry)
4.stick stickers on it
5) Create a design on the cardboard behind the transparent sheet and look through it.
6.glue your post-it notes to keep.
7.create a border with cookie cutters/border punchers. (As shown in the photos below)

We are known for our fast delivery. Our usual delivery time is about 2-3 working days. But in some circumstances, the delay can be extended:
For in-stock products, we ship within 3 to 5 business days*.
Once in the hands of the carrier, your package will take about 1-2 business days for delivery.
When the package leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email. That's when it's time to get out your folding chair and sit by your mailbox! This will mean that our delivery man is on his way with your precious package. The tracking number will be included in the email so you can spy on his route ;)
Packages are delivered with Purolator or Duquette Express, except for some items that are delivered in an envelope without tracking with Canada Post. In these cases, delivery is 2,00$.

Delivery is at a flat rate of 9.99$ in Canada except for certain remote areas.
You can check the amount of the delivery fees before finalizing your order. The calculation will be done automatically according to the region of the destination.
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email in the order confirmation.
It is possible to combine a pre-order product with a stock product. In order to avoid paying double shipping costs, we will send the in-stock product in the same shipment as the pre-order product.
However, if you wish to receive the in-stock product immediately, it will be possible to send it before the pre-order, but the shipping costs will have to be paid for both shipments. In this case, please send your request to email@example.com or comment with your order.
It is possible to select the pick-up option at the St-Hyacinthe drop-off location.
Packages for pick-up will be ready quickly (24-72 hours is required).
An email will be sent to indicate that the order is ready for pickup. This email will also contain the complete address and the lock code.
The packages will be available the same day.
We count on your precious cooperation to take only YOUR package. If theft occurs we will have to remove the pickup option immediately and the perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Feedback and exchanges
Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the following situations:
A technical problem or manufacturing defect affects the product received; Your order has not yet been processed and shipped by Papier et Latté and you wish to change the model . This does not apply to a product change; If there is an error in your order.
The products in the section ''damaged'' are final sales.
