Shipping policy

It is important to verify the address you enter in the Shipping Address field, as this is the address we will use to ship your order. Papier et Latté is not responsible for any address errors entered by the customer.

Packages are delivered promptly but some may be lost by the carrier. Please contact us within 14 days of shipment if you have not received your package. We will contact the postal services used to open an investigation and we will take the necessary measures.
